Designations
Designations are the letters you see behind a REALTOR'S® name. To earn a designation, a REALTOR® has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Pat & Barbara Diamond have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) Designations. In addition Pat also holds the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), e-PRO (Internet Proficient REALTOR® and the RECS (Real Estate Cyber Specialist) designations.
